About EPC Lothians

EPC Lothians was established in 2007 in response to the emerging demand for the energy assessment of properties.

Caroline Elgar, who manages the business, is a BRE qualified EPC assessor (registration number BRE-D-EPC00087), trained to survey and certify the energy efficiency of residential buildings. She has over 10 years' experience working in the property industry, most recently holding a senior position with a large property management company in Edinburgh.
